Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cream Layer:
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
Fruit & Toppings:
3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip (for topping)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions:
1. Make the crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the layers.
2. Make the cream layer:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 8 oz of Cool Whip. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
3. Add fruits:
Layer banana slices over the cream layer.
Spread the drained crushed pineapple evenly over the bananas.
Top with sliced strawberries.
4. Top it off:
Spread remaining Cool Whip over the fruit layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (if using).
5. Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to set.
6. Serve:
Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with maraschino cherries just before serving if desired.
