Ingredients:

1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes with juice
2 cans (10 oz each) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 whole jalapeño, quartered and sliced
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/2 cup cilantro (or more, to taste)
Juice of 1/2 lime

Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the whole tomatoes (with juice), Rotel, onion, garlic, jalapeño, sugar, salt, cumin, lime juice, and cilantro.
Pulse to Desired Consistency: For a chunkier salsa, pulse about 10-15 times. For a smoother texture, pulse more.
Taste and Adjust: Adjust salt, lime juice, or seasonings to your preference.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors fully develop.
Serve: Enjoy with tortilla chips, on nachos, or as a topping for any dish.
