Mango Layer (Yellow/Orange)

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup mango juice (or orange juice)

1/4 cup milk (any kind, or coconut milk for tropical flavor)

1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

1/2 cup ice (optional for thicker texture)

Strawberry Layer (Red/Pink)

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup strawberry juice (or water)

1/4 cup milk

1–2 tbsp honey or agave (optional, to taste)

1/2 cup ice (optional)

1. Blend Mango Layer:
In a blender, combine mango chunks, juice, milk, sweetener, and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour halfway into your serving glass and set in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to firm slightly.

2. Blend Strawberry Layer:
Rinse the blender. Add strawberries, juice/water, milk, sweetener, and ice. Blend until smooth.

3. Layer the Drink:
Slowly pour the strawberry mixture over the mango layer. For a swirled “sunrise” effect, lightly stir with a straw or skewer.

4. Serve:
Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with a strawberry or mango slice. Serve immediately with a wide straw or spoon.
