1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups dry milk powder
3 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules or powder
1 1/2 tablespoons dried chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
2. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Lasts up to 6 months.
To Make 1 Can (about 10.5 oz) Equivalent:
Mix 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1 1/4 cups cold water in a saucepan.
Whisk until smooth.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3–5 minutes).
