Ingredients:

1 can (14–15 oz) whole tomatoes, undrained

1/4 cup vinegar (apple cider or white)

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions:

1. Blend
Add the whole tomatoes (with juice) to a blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Cook
Pour the blended tomatoes into a saucepan over medium heat. Add vinegar, honey, and all the spices. Stir well to combine.

3. Simmer
Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Let it simmer uncovered for 30–40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened to your desired consistency.

4. Cool & Store
Remove from heat. Let cool completely, then pour into a jar or bottle. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
