Ingredients:

1 cup strawberries (hulled)

1 cup pineapple (fresh or canned, chopped)

½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)

4 cups spring water

Instructions:

1. Blend the fruit: In a blender, add strawberries, pineapple, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

2. Strain (optional): For a smoother drink, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.

3. Add water: Pour the fruit mixture into a pitcher. Add 4 cups of spring water and stir well.

4. Chill and serve: Add ice and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve with fun straws or fruit slices for garnish!
