Ingredients:
4 juice limes, washed and scrubbed clean
6 cups cold water
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
6 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Cut & Blend:
Cut the limes into quarters (leave the peel on).
In two batches (to avoid bitterness), add half the limes, 3 cups of water, and ½ cup sugar to a blender.
Pulse just 4–5 times — do not overblend, or it will turn bitter.
2. Strain:
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher, pressing gently to extract liquid. Discard the pulp.
Repeat with the second batch of limes, water, and sugar.
3. Add Condensed Milk:
Stir in 6 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
4. Chill & Serve:
Serve over plenty of ice. Optionally garnish with lime slices or mint.
