1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cumin
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Season shrimp with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and half the lime juice.
Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook just until they soften slightly (about 1–2 minutes).
Finish with remaining lime juice and fresh cilantro.
Serve over toast, rice, salad, or in tacos.
