2 cups crushed Oreo cookie crumbs
¼ cup salted butter
8 oz pack cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Chocolate sauce
28 Reese’s peanut butter minis

1. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs and melted salted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

2. Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of small serving cups to form the crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.

3. In a separate large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.

4. Add the creamy peanut butter and vanilla extract. Continue mixing until fully combined.

5. In another bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy.

7. Spoon or pipe the peanut butter filling over the prepared Oreo crusts in each cup.

8. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the top of each cup, then garnish with two Reese’s peanut butter minis.

9. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
