Ingredients:

6 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved or chopped

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra tang)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Butter or Romaine lettuce leaves (for wrapping)

Optional garnishes: chopped chives, paprika, avocado slices

1. Prepare the Egg Salad:
In a bowl, mix the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayo, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.

2. Add the “BLT” touch:
Fold in the crumbled bacon and chopped cherry tomatoes. Stir gently to combine.

3. Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the lettuce leaves. Spoon the egg salad mixture into the center of each leaf.

4. Serve:
Top with optional garnishes if desired, fold like a taco or roll up, and enjoy immediately!
