1. Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked (about 7–9 minutes). Drain excess grease.

2. Season It
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let cook for 1–2 minutes more to blend flavors.

3. Add Condiments
Reduce heat to low. Stir in the ketchup and mustard, mixing until everything is coated. Let it simmer for another minute, then remove from heat.

4. Warm the Tortillas
While the beef mixture is simmering, warm tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side, or until soft and pliable.

5. Assemble the Tacos
Lay out your warm tortillas and start layering:

Spoon in the beef mixture

Sprinkle on shredded cheddar

Add crumbled bacon

Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and any optional toppings you like

6. Serve Hot
Serve immediately while the beef is warm and the cheese is slightly melty. Great with fries or a side salad!
