2 steaks (your choice of cut)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook steaks to desired doneness.
Remove steaks and set aside. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return steaks to the pan, coating them in the sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
