Ingredients:

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (optional, for tang and texture)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

A splash of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (for brightness)

1. In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

2. Taste and adjust seasoning — more honey for sweetness, more sriracha for heat.

3. Chill for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
