️ Instructions:
1. Prep the steak:
Trim and cube the sirloin into even-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
2. Mix the sauce:
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
3. Add to crockpot:
Place steak bites in the crockpot. Pour the sauce mixture over the top and stir to coat evenly.
4. Add butter:
Dot the top with butter pieces. This adds richness and helps tenderize the meat.
5. Slow cook:
Cover and cook on:
LOW for 6–7 hours for ultra-tender bites
