Ingredients:

1 cup fresh orange juice

1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice (ruby red is great!)

1 small banana (for creaminess)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional for a warming zing)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

1/2 cup ice cubes or frozen mango/pineapple for added chill and sweetness

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness or ginger to your liking.

4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
