Prepare the Steak and Shrimp: Start by seasoning the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a hot skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until it’s cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing it thinly. In the same skillet, cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Set the shrimp aside.
Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook them until they’re soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Assemble the Bread: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the top off the loaf of bread and hollow out the inside, creating a cavity for the filling. Brush the inside of the bread with melted butter and garlic powder for added flavor.
Layer the Filling: Start by layering the sliced steak inside the hollowed-out bread, followed by the cooked shrimp. Next, add the sautéed onions and peppers. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the filling.
Bake: Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the bread is golden brown.
Serve: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
