1. Classic Guacamole

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1–2 tbsp lime juice (adjust to taste)
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, deseeded and diced
1 small jalapeño, minced (optional, for spice)
1–2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Salt to taste

1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop into a bowl.
2. Mash to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).
3. Add lime juice and salt; mix well.
4. Fold in onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño (and garlic or cumin if using).
5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
6. Serve immediately with chips, tacos, or as a side.

2. Bacon Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
3–4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, deseeded and diced
1 tbsp lime juice (or more to taste)
1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins:
Dash of smoked paprika or chipotle powder
Diced jalapeño for heat
Crumbled feta or blue cheese for a twist

Instructions:
1. Cook bacon until crisp, drain, and crumble.
2. In a bowl, mash avocados with lime juice and salt.
3. Stir in red onion, tomato, and garlic.
4. Fold in crumbled bacon and cilantro.
5. Season with pepper and adjust to taste.
6. Serve right away with chips, on burgers, or in wraps.

3. Corn Black Bean Guacamole

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, mashed
½ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup corn kernels (fresh, grilled, or canned)
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, deseeded and diced
1–2 tbsp lime juice (to taste)
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 small jalapeño, minced (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins:
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of cumin or chili powder for smoky flavor
Diced red bell pepper for crunch

Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados until smooth or slightly chunky.
2. Stir in lime juice and salt.
3. Fold in black beans, corn, onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning (more lime, salt, or spice if needed).
5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or spoon onto tacos, salads, or toast.
