Ingredients:
For the Filling:
1 lb ground beef
6 strips bacon, chopped
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional for burger flavor boost)
1 tbsp ketchup (optional)
For the Roll-Ups:
1 can crescent roll dough (or pizza dough, rolled thin)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, and cooked bacon. Let cool slightly.
4. Roll out the dough and cut into 6–8 rectangles (or triangles if using crescent dough).
5. Add a spoonful of the beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on top of each section of dough. Roll up tightly like pinwheels or mini burritos.
6. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley in a small bowl.
7. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the garlic butter.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
9. Serve warm with dipping sauces like burger sauce, ranch, or spicy mayo!
