Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
Prepare Dough:
Unroll one tube of crescent dough and pinch the seams together to form a single large sheet.
Assemble Rolls:
For the first sheet, sprinkle shredded cheese evenly across the surface.
Place one sausage along the long edge of the dough. If the sausage has a bend, cut it in half for easier rolling. Roll the dough tightly around the sausage and pinch the seam to secure it.
Repeat with Cream Cheese:
With the second sheet, spread cream cheese over half of the dough instead of using shredded cheese. Place the sausage at the long edge and roll tightly, securing the seam.
Slice and Arrange:
Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into ¾-inch rounds. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Prepare Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the glaze generously over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake:
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Serve warm with your favorite condiments, such as ketchup or mustard. Enjoy
