Ingredients:
1 kg large prawns (about 12 pieces), cleaned and deveined
1/4 cup butter
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp liquid seasoning (like Maggi or Knorr)
Instructions:
1. Prep the Prawns:
If not already done, clean and devein the prawns. Pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Melt the Butter:
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, melt the butter.
3. Sauté Garlic:
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
4. Add Chili Garlic Sauce:
Stir in the chili garlic sauce and cook for another 30 seconds to release the flavor.
5. Cook the Prawns:
Add the prawns and liquid seasoning. Stir-fry for 4–6 minutes, or until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. Avoid overcooking.
6. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley, spring onions, or a squeeze of lime if desired. Serve hot with rice, noodles, or crusty bread.
