1 lb (450g) ground beef (or your choice of protein)
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large tortillas or wraps
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 cup pickles, sliced
For the Special Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Start by making the special sauce. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and refrigerate while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
Lay out each tortilla or wrap on a flat surface. Spread a spoonful of the special sauce across the center of each wrap.
Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, cheese, diced onions, and sliced pickles.
Fold the sides of the wrap in and roll tightly from the bottom up. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Optionally, you can grill or toast the wraps in a skillet for a crispy exterior. Slice in half and serve with extra special sauce for dipping!
