1 ½ lbs steak bites
3 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
Alfredo Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups heavy cream
1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Cook the tortellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions until tender.
Drain and set aside.

2. Sear the steak bites
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the steak bites and sear for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked to your liking.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Alfredo sauce
In the same skillet (wipe clean if needed), melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Combine and serve
Toss the cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
