12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, for depth)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional, for aroma)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles:
Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
2. Sear the steak:
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
Add steak slices, season with a little salt and pepper, and sear until browned (1–2 minutes per side).

In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 2–3 minutes).
Remove and set aside with the steak.
