Ingredients:
200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 packs egg noodles (cooked)
2 cups bok choy or baby choy sum
1/2 onion, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions:
1. Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and a pinch of cornstarch for 10–15 min.
2. Heat oil in a wok; sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Stir-fry carrots and bok choy until just tender.
5. Add noodles, beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
6. Pour in cornstarch slurry to thicken. Stir to coat everything evenly.
7. Serve hot with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
