Ingredients:

1 cup yellow mustard

½ cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1. In a medium saucepan or bowl, whisk together the mustard and apple cider vinegar until smooth.

2. Add brown sugar and honey, whisking until fully dissolved.

3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne.

4. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Let cool to room temperature before using.

6. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
