4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Generously sprinkle the salmon fillets with the Cajun seasoning, plus a pinch of salt and some freshly ground black pepper.
3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter along with the olive oil. Stir in the honey once everything is melted, and let it all blend together until smooth.
4. Place the seasoned salmon fillets in the skillet, skin side down, and let them sizzle for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is golden and crisp.
5. Carefully transfer the salmon to a baking dish and pour all that warm honey butter mixture over each piece.
6. Slide the dish into your preheated oven and let the salmon bake for 10-12 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
7. Right before you’re ready to dig in, sprinkle a bit of fresh parsley over the top for a burst of color and a hint of freshness.
