Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter

Cream Cheese Layer:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups whipped heavy cream

Topping:
Fresh peach slices
Fresh blueberries
Mixed peach-blueberry sauce

Prepare Crust:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.

Make Cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, then gently fold in whipped cream.

Assemble:
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, spreading evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Top:
Before serving, garnish with peach slices, blueberries, and a drizzle of fruit sauce.
