8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups peaches, sliced
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
Layer sliced peaches on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving
