Directions:
Prepare the Mini Burgers:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper until combined. Form into 6 small burger patties.
Cook the Patties:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the Mini Pizza Burgers:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each bun.
Place a burger patty on top, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni (if using).
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Top with fresh basil leaves and the bun tops. Serve immediately.
