– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1. Marinate beef: Mix soy sauce and cornstarch with beef. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
2. Heat oil: In a wok or large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat.
3. Stir-fry beef: Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
4. Cook onions: In the same wok, add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Add onions: Cook sliced onions until tender and caramelized.
6. Combine: Return beef to wok, add oyster sauce and hoisin sauce. Stir-fry until coated.
