4 chicken cutlets
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Cracked black pepper & parsley

Bread chicken in egg, then parmesan & breadcrumb mix.
Sear in olive oil until golden & cooked through. Set aside.
Sauté garlic in butter. Add broth & cream, simmer until thick. Stir in parmesan.
Spoon the sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley & cracked pepper.
