Instructions:
1. Prep & Cook the Chicken:
Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lightly coat in cornstarch or flour (optional for extra crisp).
Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and crispy on all sides. Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce heat. Add a bit of oil if needed, then sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in honey and soy sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
3. Glaze the Chicken:
Return the crispy chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sticky honey garlic sauce. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
4. Steam the Veggies:
Steam broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers until just tender but still vibrant.
5. Assemble the Bowl:
Add a scoop of rice to each plate or bowl. Top with steamed veggies and honey garlic chicken.
Sprinkle sesame seeds for extra flavor and crunch.
