Ingredients:

500g medium or large shrimp, cleaned and peeled (leave the tail on for better presentation)

3 tablespoons melted butter

3 cloves minced garlic

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Juice of ½ lemon

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Marinate the Shrimp:

Toss the shrimp with the butter, garlic, paprika, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.

Grill the Shrimp:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

Grill for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly browned.

Garnish and Serve:

Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot with rice, bread, or grilled corn.
