* 2 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
* 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 3 tbsp butter
* 4 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
* Salt & black pepper, to taste
* Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Sear the Steak:
* Season steaks with salt and pepper.
* Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
* Sear steaks for 3-4 mins per side until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
* In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic.
* Sauté shrimp for 1-2 mins per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
* Lower heat and add remaining butter to the skillet.
* Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
* Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
4. Combine & Serve:
* Return steaks and shrimp to the skillet.
* Spoon the creamy sauce over everything.
* Garnish with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.

For a bright finish, squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the shrimp before serving!
