Ingredients:

500g minced beef
50g breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 chopped onion
100g bacon, chopped
100g grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

 

Preparation:

1. Prepare the beef patties: Mix the minced beef with the breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into even patties.

2. Cook the pancakes: Heat a frying pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Cook the bacon: In another frying pan, cook the bacon pieces over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

4. Add the cheese: Place a handful of cooked bacon on each burger and sprinkle generously with shredded cheddar cheese. Cover the pan to melt the cheese.

5. Serve: Serve the burgers with a side of sauce of your choice and garnish with additional bacon. Enjoy warm.
