Ingredients:

av 2 cups of oatmeal in flakes
1 cup of grated carrots
1/2 cup of ripe banana puree
1/4 cup milk (almond or regular)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix the ingredients: In a bowl, add the oats, grated carrots, mashed bananas, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla essence. Mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
2️⃣ Bake: Place the mixture in a greased mold and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes, or until inserting a chopstick comes out clean.
3️⃣ Let Cool: Let rest before cutting and serving. Enjoy this healthy dessert!
