Ingredients:

* 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
* 2 cups penne pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
* 3 cloves garlic (minced)
* 1 cup heavy cream
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Salt and black pepper to taste
* A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
* Fresh parsley or chives (for garnish)

1. Cook the pasta
Boil the penne pasta according to package instructions. In the last 3 minutes, add the broccoli to the boiling water with the pasta. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5–6 minutes per side). Remove and let rest, then slice.
3. Make the sauce
In the same pan, add a bit more oil or butter if needed. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt into a smooth sauce. Add salt, pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
4. Combine everything
Add the cooked pasta and broccoli to the sauce, tossing to coat. Add sliced chicken on top or mix it in.
5. Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve warm.
