– Sirloin Steak – 500 g

– Honey – 4 tablespoons

– Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

– Soy Sauce – 3 tablespoons

– Spaghetti – 250 g

– Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons

– Parsley – to taste, chopped

– Salt – to taste

– Pepper – to taste

1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the meat: While the pasta is cooking, slice the sirloin steak thinly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Make the sauce: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned. Add the honey and soy sauce, mixing well.

4. Cook the steak: Add the steak slices to the skillet with the sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes, turning the slices to coat them well with the glaze, until the meat is cooked to your liking.

5. Assemble the dish: On a large plate, place a portion of spaghetti in the center. On top, place the honey and garlic-glazed steak slices.
