Egg Noodles 12 oz (cooked to your liking)
Ground Italian sausage 1 lb
Bell peppers, chopped 2
Minced garlic 3 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
White cooking wine ½ cup
Diced tomatoes, not drained 28 oz can
Dried basil 1 Tbsp
Salt and pepper To taste
Parmesan cheese For garnish
Fresh chopped parsley For garnish

Brown Meat & Soften Peppers: Add the ground Italian sausage and chopped bell peppers to a large saucepan or skillet with deep sides. Place over medium-high heat. Cook, breaking up the sausage, until the meat is completely browned and the peppers have begun to soften.
Add Garlic & Seasoning: Lower the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Sauté for 30 seconds longer until fragrant.
Deglaze with Wine: Mix in the white cooking wine. Continue to sauté until the liquid in the pot is reduced by half.
Add Tomatoes & Seasonings: Pour the diced tomatoes (do not drain the can) into the pot along with the dried basil and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
Combine with Noodles: Mix in the cooked egg noodles. Continue to sauté for a few minutes until the noodles are heated through and coated with the sauce.
Garnish & Serve: Top with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley for garnish before serving.
