1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy, stirring halfway through.

Serve hot and enjoy!
