1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup beef broth

In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Add the sliced ​​beef, coat well, and marinate for at least 15 minutes. In a very hot wok or large skillet, sear the beef in the oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Set aside.
In the same wok, stir-fry the bell peppers and onion for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for one minute until fragrant.
Return the beef, add the broth, and let the sauce thicken for 2-3 minutes. Season and serve hot.
