Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Lemon wedge (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Cheesy Broccoli
Ingredients:
3 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
Instructions:
